Sherry will discuss Thai cooking pantry essentials and provide a demo of how to work with common Thai ingredients. You'll work in teams of two to prepare the mise an place for Red Curry with Chicken and Cashews, Phad Thai with Tofu, and Green Curry with Eggplant and Mushrooms. We'll work together to prepare the three dishes. Once finished, we'll sit down and enjoy tastes of all 3 dishes, plus a black rice with coconut cream dessert.

  • How to work with dried rice noodles
