      Classic Macarons

French macarons take a bit of finesse to get that...je ne sais quoi just right! Using techniques learned from a French pastry expert in Paris, Sherry will guide you through every step of the technique as you learn and practice how to make two different, delicious varieties. This is a hands-on class where you will learn how to make macaron shells using nut flour (they are naturally gluten-free!) and two delicious buttercream fillings.You will go home with a box of your beautiful masterpieces!
