      The Mediterranean

For this class, we will stay mostly in Greece with a menu that's full of flavor. Working in teams, we will prepare hummus, a greek salad featuring made-from-scratch vinaigrette, yogurt and alleppo pepper marinated chicken kebabs, and spanakopita (spinach and cheese pie). For dessert, we will make Greek honey doughnuts.
