Take your culinary skills to the next level and master a 4-course meal from Thomas Keller's book, The French Laundry. During this hands-on class, you will work in teams to make Gruyère cheese gougères, a classic French vinaigrette, sweet potato agnolotti pasta with sage cream, brown butter and prosciutto, and a lemon sabayon pine nut tart with honeyed mascarpone cream. Once finished, we'll sit down and enjoy this beautiful meal.
