      Chicken Piccata

If you're new to cooking, chicken piccata is a fantastic recipe to master because it calls for a series of techniques you'll use in many other recipes. Sherry will walk you through the techniques of tenderizing, seasoning, dredging, pan frying, and perfecting the perfect pan sauce. You'll then work in teams of three to first prepare the dessert: goat cheese and honey tarts with a raspberry sauce. While those are baking, you'll then work together to prepare the chicken piccata and a side dish of grilled asparagus. We'll then sit down together and enjoy the meal.
